Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting the Lazy Bison Music Society! Please review our guidelines below for merchandise exchanges and damaged items.

1. Apparel & Exchange Policy

• Exchange Only: All apparel items (including hoodies, t-shirts, and hats) are final sale for refunds, but eligible for size exchanges within 30 days of your delivery or pickup date.

• Condition: To qualify for an exchange, items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition.

• Final Sale Items: Sticker packs and event tickets are completely final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  
  

2. How to Process an Exchange

• In-Town Exchanges (Wainwright): Since we operate locally in Wainwright, we can easily arrange a free exchange in town to save you shipping fees. Reach out to us at info@lazybison.ca to coordinate a convenient time during our weekly schedule.

• By Mail (Canada Post): If you need to exchange an item by mail, please contact us with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to send the original item back to us.

  
  

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If we made a mistake with your order or an item arrives damaged, we will make it right immediately. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your package with a photo of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement right away.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for supporting the Lazy Bison Music Society! Please review our shipping options, processing times, and local delivery guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

• Our Fulfillment Guarantee: We guarantee that all orders will be processed, packed, and handed over to Canada Post within 5 business days of order placement.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. You will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  
  

2. Carrier Shipping (Canada Post)

Once your package is with Canada Post, delivery timelines are out of our direct control and will vary based on your location:

• Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Standard Shipping across Canada on all orders of $150.00 or more.

• Flat Rate Shipping: All orders below $150.00 are subject to a $20.00 flat rate shipping fee at checkout.

• Delivery Windows: Standard regular parcel delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days across Canada.

  
  

3. Local Delivery Rates (Town of Wainwright)

We are proud to offer convenient local delivery for supporters within town limits:

• Town of Wainwright: $3.00 flat rate for any address within Wainwright town limits.

• Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are completed once a week, unless otherwise arranged. We will contact you via email or text message using the information provided at checkout to coordinate your delivery day.

  
  

4. Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for several days or your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at info@lazybison.ca so we can open an inquiry with Canada Post and resolve the issue for you right away.
